Just a proper fit for getting around area in Hue with great value for the money. The staff were wonderful and fixed our wi-fi issues by installing a dedicated router in our suite. Make sure to ask for local recommendations to experience the true culture.

The hotel was a perfect spot for our family getaway. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was inviting and clean. The staff was attentive, and we appreciated the on-site kids' club that kept our little ones entertained while my sister and I relaxed.
My kids wished for more options at breakfast.

Incredibly friendly staff made us feel like family, with special mentions to Nhan and Phu Pham. Our room offered a beautiful view of the river, complete with thoughtful snacks that showcased the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast buffet was impressively varied, featuring delightful square hamburgers, a rare find at hotels. However, we experienced some delays with room service and wished for more efficient assistance with spa treatments. The location offered easy access to local attractions, yet traffic was a bit hectic around the hotel entrance.

Silk Path Grand in Hue amazed me from the moment I walked through the entrance. The lobby is spacious and gorgeous. Check-in was swift, thanks to the friendly staff who provided a warm welcome. I appreciated the attention to detail in my room. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a spacious layout. The marble bathroom added a luxurious touch. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of food, and I found myself looking forward to it each morning. However, I had an issue with the initial perception of bed arrangements. I expected a pull-out couch for a family of four, but we had to share a double bed. An extra bed came at an additional charge, which made sleeping a little cramped. While the restaurant’s service was chaotic during refurbishment, the food still tasted great. I also noticed that the staff were constantly monitoring the pool, which was a bit distracting. A designated lifeguard uniform could clarify safety intentions. Despite these minor hiccups, I truly enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing time with friends during our stay! The hotel offered fantastic amenities, and we loved relaxing by the pool after visiting the Imperial City and the Thien Mu Pagoda. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet had delicious options, though a bit more variety would be nice. Overall, great place to unwind.
The room size was a bit cramped for our group. Standing in the bathtub to shower felt a bit awkward and could definitely be improved.

Unfortunately, our experience had a few downsides. The room we stayed in was on the small side, making it a bit cramped for our family. Also, standing in the bathtub to shower felt quite awkward and was definitely not ideal. Furthermore, the restaurant service at times felt selective, making us feel overlooked compared to other guests.
